About us
Naturally Concerned (for Alison) was created in memory of Alison Ball who passed away in 2008. Her passions were animals, travel and people. Her husband Rob, daughter Natalie, and her brother Gregor set up the business to further Alison’s interests and develop people focused services.
At Naturally Concerned we are focused on helping people to explore and achieve their purpose, individually and in the organisations they lead. We do this by applying our skills and experience in senior leadership, team development and coaching.
Rob Ball BSc (Hons), FCIPD, FRSA, Master Life Coach
After an extensive career in Human Resources, much of which was at a senior level, Rob is now a consultant, and executive, life and career coach.
He is an international public speaker, author, and climate reality leader.
Rob is also a founder and director of Work Horizons, and chairman and non-executive director of Birmingham Supported Living.
Rob is also the editor and an active contributor at Framing Our Future.
